League Rules & Regulations

1. Games will begin promptly at 6:15 pm and 7:15 pm.

2. If a team has less than 10 players, they will have to forfeit.

3. You must be wearing a team jersey in order to play.

4. Games will consist of two, 25 minute running halves.

5. Halftime is approximately five minutes.

6. Each team is allowed one timeout per game. Only the team captain can call timeout. The clock will stop for a timeout. Timeouts last approximately one minute.

7. There are no horns. All substitutions are on the fly.

8. Contact is limited. Any unnecessary hit or fighting will lead to an immediate ejection from the game.

9. Please do not leave any garbage or leftovers in the parking lot. I appreciate your help.
