Mission Statement
 We
embark upon empowering women to become whole so that they can function
effectively in every area of their life.
Vision
We seek to develop and encourage women of
all walks of life to be God-fearing women with a mission for Christ.
We recognize that God is the source of the creation of the whole
woman. It is through Him that she will realize the natural pearl
she is in becoming the virtuous woman He has purposed for her life.
Invitation
My Dear Sister,
Christ has already ordained your purpose.
Now you must learn to see yourself as your heavenly Father does.
He wants you to be whole in every area of your life. You can
be whole be it learning balance in your home, work, spiritual
life or simply managing your finances.

Ministry of Joy Tabernacle Christian Ministries……Women
with a Mission (WWAM)
Our seminars are held every 3rd Saturday
of the month and our topics are geared to direct you through
the process of becoming the whole woman you were purposed to
be.

Pastor Nancy Salter
Pastor Nancy Salter accepted the call to the
ministry at the early age of sixteen. As a young minister in the
Lord she loved and still loves receiving teaching and mentoring
from her Pastor/Mother, Reverend Emma Salter, Senior Pastor of
Joy Tabernacle Christian Ministries. She has worked in many capacities
in the church serving wherever there was a need.
Pastor Nancy is the Director of the Women’s
Ministry at JTCM where issues are addressed to strengthen and
empower women to become whole in every area of their life. Thereby,
becoming the virtuous woman God has purposed. Pastor Nancy is
Executive Director of the Higher Learning Christian Academy servicing
children from two to thirteen years of age with daycare, after
school and summer camp programs.
Through her continuous teaching and preaching,
lives have changed and hopes of individuals have been renewed.
Pastor Nancy is an anointed seminarian and motivational speaker
with a passion for helping people to realize that, “Your
first step towards your true destiny begins with your first step
towards a personal relationship with the Lord”.
Pastor Nancy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology from Kean College
of Union, New Jersey. She taught for eleven years in the East
Orange Public School District and is now working towards a Masters’
Degree in Supervision and Administration.
Pastor Nancy is a woman who loves God with
her whole heart and believes that anything is possible when we
are obedient to His Word and have complete trust in Him. Her vision
is to expand the Higher Learning Christian Academy to include
grades K-4 where children will not only excel academically, but
also spiritually in their walk with Christ.
Pastor Nancy’s favorite saying is, “Jesus is the reason
for the smile on my face.”
Pastor Nancy Salter lives in Piscataway, New
Jersey and is the proud mother of one daughter.
