Our attorneys have extensive experience in all aspects relating to the employer/employee relationship, making our firm well-situated to serve as companies’ outside “human resources department.”  We have experience across the labor and employment law spectrum, for example negotiating employment contracts; writing employment manuals; handling hiring, firing and layoffs; handling Department of Labor audits; anti-harassment and discrimination training; and examining and litigating wage and hour issues.  This makes our firm perfectly positioned to take on the task of handling human resources issues when businesses do not wish to take on the expense of creating an internal, full-time structure to handle these matters in-house.
